New for 2025

The 2025 Dodge Durango is mostly a carryover of the previous year’s model, although fewer trims will be offered. However, just like with the Dodge Challenger, several Last Call special editions of the Dodge Durango SRT 392 and the 710-horsepower, supercharged Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat will be on offer for the last model year. 

The Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet celebrates 20 years of HEMI-powered Dodge Durango models and brings exclusive design elements and premium features. The second special-edition Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is the Hammerhead, so named for its bright Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather interior seating and the deep dark blue Night Moves exterior paint. 

The Dodge Durango R/T 20th Anniversary model is the third special edition model, and it features the 5.7-liter HEMI. Two trims are offered: Plus and Premium, each with a plethora of luxury features. 

 

Power and Performance

The standard engine is a 295-horsepower V6 which is efficient and capable. It may not be as exhilarating as a HEMI, but it is sure to please the majority of casual drivers. It’s also good for up to 6200 pounds of towing capability. Next is a 360-hp V8 that can tow up to 7200 pounds standard and up to 8700 lbs with proper equipment. An 8-speed automatic transmission, great suspension (a perfect mix of comfort and sporty), and rear-wheel drive will bring an athletic feel to your daily driving. Both of these engines keep the Dodge Durango’s aggressiveness in check and keep it family-friendly but still fun to drive.
