Concept Released: 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in Las Cruces NM

Expected to arrive in mid-2021 in standard and extended wheelbase, Jeep gets into the three-row SUV game with the reintroduction of the 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in Las Cruces NM.

As of this writing, Jeep has only released the concept form of this original luxury icon. However, it's expected to arrive with standard and extended wheelbases, a range of available engines which include electric or hybrid form, and a variety of four-wheel drive options.

No matter what, when the lavish Grand Wagoneer and Wagoneer do arrive, Jeep will finally have an offering in the large body-on-frame (built like a truck) SUV segment. The 2021 Jeep Wagoneer in Las Cruces NM will compete with the GMC Tahoe, Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade, and even Mercedes Benz and Land Rover.

The original Kaiser Jeep Wagoneer pioneered what we now know as the SUV segment of the automobile market. Then in 1984 the Grand Wagoneer demonstrated to Americans what a luxury SUV could be; remember that wood paneling? But that came to an end in 1993, and hasn't been offered again, until now.

So did Jeep go all-out nostalgic and bring back the Grand Wagoneer of old, faux wood paneling and all? Not exactly. What they did do was integrate design elements of the original SUV into the totally modern look of the Wagoneer. The classic yet updated seven-slot Jeep grille starts things off and is illuminated on the concept vehicle.

2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in Las Cruces NM: Styling

The body style is the basic big box shape of all large SUVs, but the huge chrome parts of the original have been swapped for more minimalist hints of metal. Accentuating its high ground clearance, the concept 2021 Jeep Wagoneer in Las Cruces NM stands on 24-inch wheels which by no means look oversized on this giant SUV. The roof rack is integrated with wood pieces reminiscent of the Wagoneer's heritage.

Inside, the Grand Wagoneer spares no luxury touch, filling the cabin with ultra premium materials, artistic lighting, and extravagant traces. Accent trims include heat-treated lacewood, onyx glass, and aluminum. It has room for seven, although seating for eight is likely; with large windows and a panoramic roof to give everyone a view.

The interior was also designed with a nod to sustainability. The carpeting is made of Thrive fiber, which is made with recycled material. The headliner is produced from Dinamica®, a recyclable, microfiber suede-type material, and the upholstery of the concept is synthetic leather.

The 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer will share its platform with the RAM 1500, so that means all those different engines could be available. There's the 3.6 liter Pentastar V6, possibly with the eTorque mild hybrid, the 5.7 liter Hemi V8, or even the 6.4 liter V8. There's even the question of RAM's V6 EcoDiesel.

When the 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in Las Cruces NM goes into production, it'll be available with three different four-wheel drive set-ups, along with an air-suspension package. Because it will compete with high-end SUVs like the Lincoln Navigator and Cadillac Escalade, it's off road performance needs to be balanced with its level of refinement.

The technology inside is powered by the newest version of FCA's easy-to-use, but powerful Uconnect 5 infotainment system. The cabin also boasts nearly 45 inches of screens arranged along the concept vehicle's dashboard. There's a stacked pair of screens in the center for climate control and infotainment, a 12.3 inch virtual instrument panel, and a 10.25 inch screen for the passenger in front. The second row captain's chair passengers each get a 10 inch screen, and there's a 10 inch screen on the console between the front seats. A McIntosh 23-speaker audio system with a 24-channel amplifier is also included in the concept vehicle.

Safety features and fuel economy are still in the works, as well as trim levels and specific pricing. We can expect the Jeep Grand Wagoneer to start around the same price as its main rivals and climb close to the six figure mark in its top trims.

No matter what changes before the production model arrives, when it does arrive, come on over to Viva Jeep to see this all-new American classic!

2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM: A Greener Family Vehicle

Even though the minivan may be overlooked by today's SUV and crossover-minded consumers, the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM is truly worth a second look if you're searching for a newer, "greener" family vehicle.

For the 2021 model year, Chrysler has updated the Pacifica across the board, including the Hybrid version, with exterior styling that offers a more SUV-like appearance than the departing model. It now boasts a sportier, more aggressive look thanks to a flatter front end with a bigger grille, and slimmer, sharper looking headlights with LED accents. The new LED rear lights extend from side to side with a light bar joining the two, and the liftgate and wheel designs have been modified.

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM seats seven, and is available in four trim levels. It begins with the base level, called Touring, at an MSRP of $41,490 and moves up through Touring L, Limited, and the top-of-the-line Pinnacle, with an MSRP of $52,340. The Pacifica Hybrid's powertrain combines 9-speed automatic transmission paired with a 3.6-liter V-6, two electric motors, and a 16-kWh lithium-ion battery, which puts out 260 hp and reaches 60 mph in 7.8 seconds.  It can travel up to 33 miles on fully electric power and delivers a combined 84 miles per gallon equivalent and a projected total combined driving range of around 520 miles.

The perceptive hybrid arrangement automatically switches between gas and electric power depending on battery-charge level and driving conditions. And for your convenience, Chrysler has teamed up with Amazon Home Services to make installing an available Mopar Level 2 Charger at your home easier, thus enabling the Hybrid batter to charge fully in two hours.

Inside the spacious 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM, you'll find plenty of amenities that minivan buyers love, like cupholders, cubbies, and slide-out bins throughout. The more luxurious Limited and Pinnacle trims have a more SUV-like fit behind the steering wheel. The Pinnacle trim comes standard with luxurious, leather upholstery, a suede headliner, and beautiful wood trim.

2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM: Cargo Space

Because the standard Stow 'n Go seats must fold up tightly enough to fit inside the floor bins, they have a bit less padding than seats in rival minivans. As a trade-out for no second row Stow 'n Go seats in the Hybrid model (the battery pack takes up the under-floor space in this area) the standard captain's chairs offer extra cushioning. There's 32.3 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row of seats. Fold down the third row, and you'll have 87.5 cubic feet of storage space. Passenger volume of the Pacifica Hybrid is the highest among the competition, with 165 cubic feet. Getting in and out of the rear seats is easy thanks to standard power-sliding rear doors and a low step-in height. The third row seats are easy to access and tall adults can ride comfortably. There are four sets of LATCH connectors for child car seats.

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM has a lot of new features, the most notable being the Uconnect 5 infotainment system. It's a totally customizable control center that keeps up to six stored user profiles. It comes standard with a 10.1-inch touchscreen as well as wireless Amazon Alexa, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto integration, A WiFi hotspot and up to 12 USB and USB-C ports are also included.

There are many driver-assistance safety features that come standard on all models, including blind-spot monitoring and lane departure warning with lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and more.  Furthermore, if you want more, practically every modern safety feature is available. As of this writing, the 2021 Pacifica Hybrid hasn't been tested by the NHTSA or the IIHS, but the 2020 model scored a 5-star rating and a Top Safety Pick, respectively, so the new model should too.

There's so much more about the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Las Cruces NM you just need to discover yourself. Come take a second look at Viva Chrysler today!

5 Simple Steps to Buying a Car from a Dodge Dealership in El Paso, TX

Whether it’s your first time or you’re simply adding a new item to your RAM or Dodge collection, there’s no doubt that buying a car is a big decision. But it doesn’t have to be stressful as long as you don’t let your excitement cloud your judgment and lead you in the wrong direction.

Your excitement can easily get out of hand especially if you live in La Cruces, NM or El Paso, TX, where some of the country’s most amazing tracks can be found and where car dealerships like Viva Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Las Cruces offer the best deals. Here are five steps that can help take the stress and confusion out of car buying.

Step # 1: Get Pre-Approved for a Loan

Unless you are paying cash for your vehicle, you must get pre-approved for an auto loan first. That will give you an idea how much you can afford before you start shopping around. Visit your bank’s website and look for a loan you can apply for. Most credit unions and big lenders offer the same type of loan, so go check their websites, too. Choose a loan that will work best for you not just during the purchase, but also in the long run.

Step # 2: Choose a Car

Check online for vehicle makes and models that are currently available. Make a list of those that you like and compare their specs. Include vehicles that fit your taste and lifestyle. Narrow it down further to at least five choices by eliminating those that lack the specs you desire and are outside your budget range, which you can base on your loan pre-approval. Once you’ve finalized your list, you’re all set to visit a RAM dealership in Las Cruces, NM and have a closer look at each of those vehicles.

Step # 3: Hear It from the Dealer

You can’t completely rely on everything you’ve read online while making your list. Some information may be inadequate or, worse, inaccurate. On your trip to a Dodge dealership in El Paso, TX, make it a point to ask the dealer for more details about the vehicles you’ve shortlisted. They might give you fresh insights that can bring you closer to the most ideal option. This is also a great way to choose your top three.

Step # 4: Schedule a Test Drive

What better way to end your vehicle selection than to do a test drive? A 15-minute test drive can give you more information about your top three choices than what you can gather in a five-hour online research session. Listen to the sound and movement each vehicle makes in every shift and turn. Check if the steering wheel is centered when driving on a straight path and how much vibration it makes. Slightly let go of the wheel and slowly step on the brake to see if the vehicle pulls to the left or right. There are so many things you can realize and factor in your decision during this step.

Step # 5. Close the Deal

Done choosing? Go to the dealership’s financing department and tell them that you have pre-approval for a loan so that they can improve your annual percentage rate. Carefully read the financing terms and sales contract before signing any document. Most vehicle offers come with extra accessories, after-market products, and an extended warranty. Be sure to ask as many questions as possible to pick the ideal package inclusions.

While the process seems simple, it takes many years of experience with cars to develop a level of confidence that points you to the right direction when buying a car. If you have some uncertainties about your decision, it would be best to just find the best car dealership in your area and start your vehicle search from there. After all, a good car dealership always offers the best vehicles. Check out Viva CDJRF for more helpful tips.

Don’t Miss Out on Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM

From its original 1941 humble and utilitarian military beginnings to the 21st century modern go everywhere vehicle, there's a Jeep for you in the Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM.

First of all, let's remember there are five different Jeep SUV models excluding the recent rebirth of the Jeep Gladiator truck. To start there's the Jeep Wrangler, for all practical purposes, the "original" SUV, which still comes in 2-door models but the modern 4-door version has become very popular. Then there's the Grand Cherokee, the Cherokee (replaced the Liberty in 2014), the Compass, and finally the compact Jeep Renegade. Surely there's something for everyone within this range.

Now we can move on to the Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM. The High Altitude trim is offered across the board on all five models, but for the sake of article length, we'll just focus on the Jeep Wrangler. Whereas you'd expect most Jeep trims to be geared for the wilderness, or at least off-road, the High Altitude trim is not meant to go off-road, but still looks incredibly sleek.Badges all around have been blacked out to match the wheels, and the front and rear bumpers, door handles, fenders, tailgate handle, hard top, and side mirrors are painted the same color as the body. Side step rails are fitted, and LED lights complete all exterior lighting.

The cabin has high quality leather with a look that is top-notch. In addition, an onboard 4G LTE WiFi hotspot, an 8.4 inch Uconnect 4 touchscreen, an Alpine premium stereo, keyless entry, navigation, auto high beams, blind spot monitor, backup camera, and rear cross-path detection are all standard!

A turbo engine is standard on the Wrangler High Altitude with options for a 3.6-liter mild-hybrid eTorque V-6 or 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V-6.An automatic transmission is standard no matter which engine you choose.

Another of the Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM is called Altitude, and it's offered on all the SUV models. With the Jeep Wrangler there are actually two trims- Sport Altitude and Sahara Altitude. Both trims have black exterior accents, 18 inch five-spoke black wheels bring out the other black markings on the body. The grille of the Altitude Jeep is body-colored and headlight and fog light inserts match the black pieces. Topping off the Sport Altitude is a black 3-piece hardtop, while the Sahara Altitude gets a body colored top. Both trims include a genuine Jeep accessories hardtop headliner designed to help reduce outside noise. Inside the cabin, Sport Altitude has an all-black interior with cloth seats, and the Sahara Altitude receives black leather-trimmed seats.

The Willys edition of the Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM is totally made for off-road fans, and it's only offered on the Jeep Wrangler. Standard features include:

• Rubicon rock rails and shocks
• 32 inch Firestone all-terrain tires
• Limited-slip rear differential
• Heavy duty brakes
• Two-speed transfer case
• Part time 4WD system

Exterior aesthetic changes include a Willys hood decal, black 17-inch wheels with gray accents, all-weather floor mats, LED headlights and fog lights, and a gloss black grille.

Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM: Black and Tan

The Black & Tan trim gets a retro look with mostly decorative changes such as 17 inch Machine Granite wheels encased in all-terrain tires, a tan soft top, side steps, black instrument panel, and tan cloth upholstery. It also comes standard with the Uconnect 7-inch infotainment system and instrument display cluster, and dual climate control. Both the Willy and Black & Tan are available in two- and four-door models.

The military themed Freedom Limited Edition is back for the Jeep Wrangler. With a hood star and other patriotic graphics, the Jeep Freedom pays homage to Jeep's military history.

Next in the Jeep Limited Edition models in Las Cruces NM lineup is the Rubicon Recon. This package makes the 2.0 turbocharged 4-cylinder engine standard, which is paired with the 8-speed automatic transmission. You get Moabrock rails, steel front and back bumpers with bumper loops, a black hardtop roof and 33-inch all-terrain tires.A "Recon" badge was added to the fender, and a hood decal and black body accents were added all over. This is the North Edition, and it includes mechanical and comfort updates. Heated seats, a heated steering wheel,Selec-Trac® Full-Time 4x4 system, remote start, front tow hooks, and a tow strap kit are all included in the package. 2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM is RAM’s Newest Contender

The Ford F-150 Raptor will finally be getting some real competition because RAM is introducing its own contender, the 2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM. Expect its debut late summer 2020.

The 2021 RAM TRX has been a long time coming. The TRX (or T-Rex, aka Tyrannosaurus Rex) is RAM's newest competitor in the high-performance truck segment, aiming head-on at the powerful Ford Raptor. The RAM TRX - affectionately called the Rebel TRX - was first shown as a concept vehicle in 2016 at the State Fair of Texas. The concept was based on the RAM 1500 Rebel and came with a ton of off-roading equipment, a wide body, and a powerful engine under the hood.

Then in 2018, it was announced that the RAM TRX would be going into production. The next step was a teaser video that was recently released on social media, and RAM made the official statement that the TRX will debut late this summer with early deliveries arriving in the beginning of 2021.

The 2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM can't be seen in the video, as the truck is obscured by a huge cloud of dust while doing some hard driving in the desert, but the unmistakable sound of its roaring Hellcat V8 can definitely be heard! This is where the Rebel TRX one-ups the F-150 Raptor; supposedly, leaked VIN numbers suggest the 2021 RAM TRX will be powered by the same supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi found under the hood of the Dodge Challenger SRT muscle car and the Jeep Grand Cherokee Track hawk SUV.

Although the RAM Rebel TRX concept generated 575 hp, the production version is expected to put out over 700 hp just like the Hellcat-powered siblings. The push rod V-8 is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission in most applications-the Challenger SRT Hellcat offers a 6-speed manual-and we expect the truck to continue that custom. While it's possible that RAM will offer a rear-drive-only TRX, we think it's likely that all models will boast all-wheel drive.

In comparison, Ford only packs a twin-turbo V6 with 450 hp into the Raptor, so the 2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM will easily outperform its main rival. RAM is aware of this, because during the 2019 RAM 1500's reveal, there was an Easter egg in the official press photos showing a toy T-Rex towering over a velociraptor. This alluded to the RAM TRX's advantage over the Ford Raptor.

2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM: Exterior Modifications

Exterior modifications such as a wider track, lifted ride height, rugged flared fenders, chunkier all-terrain tires, and an immense hood scoop will make the RAM TRX look a lot more aggressive than the standard RAM. Upon close inspection of spy-photos of the camouflaged 2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM,a more sophisticated suspension setup that's not found on the regular Rebel can be seen, as well as a beefier rear axle with eight-lug wheels that are usually reserved for heavy-duty trucks.

RAM has redefined expectations for truck interiors with its newest half-ton pickup that shows off rich-looking materials and flawless insulation from outside noise. Expect those upscale surroundings to be on full display inside the TRX. Similarly, its cabin will probably get sportier treatments that include carbon-fiber accents and extra bolstering on the front seats. We expect the RAM TRX to be available with an extended quad cab or a crew cab, but no official answer has been given.

The RAM Rebel comes standard with a horizontal 8.4-inch touchscreen or an optional 12.0-inch touchscreen in portrait orientation. It's possible that both touchscreens, andperhaps, just the larger one, will be outfitted to the 2021 RAM TRX near Santa Fe NM. Its infotainment system will surely support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. We would also expect the option for additional charging ports as well as the more powerful Harman Kardon sound system, plus lots more tech.

We will discover more about the 2021RAM TRX in the upcoming months, so keep checking back with usonline or in person at Fiesta RAM!
